O&B has been using Grails as far back as 2007, even before its 1.0 release! It has a deep bench of expertise in Grails, who are also seasoned developers in Spring and Hibernate. We have found Grails to be the winning choice when it comes to offshore product development, which is O&B's specialty.

Through Grails, we have enabled entrepreneurs to take their products from inception to release in an extremely short period of time. We have also been successful in integrating Grails into existing Spring and Hibernate applications.

RunRio Inc. is a race organizing company has pioneered the use of ChampionChips, a high-tech timing system for fast and accurate race results; detailed RunPix performance analysis complete with graphic illustrations and comparative results; and professional action shots by PhotoVendo to capture those precious winning moments.

On its own, RunRio Inc. has introduced even more exciting innovations such as the LED start/finish arc, 3D race maps, and live video coverage by Video Maestro, making RunRio events worthy of its world-class stature.

Orange & Bronze developed a race-management system, involving, Grails, RFIDs and iPads.The RunRio Registration and Inventory System (RRIS) is a web-based application that allows racers to register for RunRio race events and systematically track these racers’ information (name, gender, birthdate, address, singlet size, etc.) and assign them with their Bib Numbers (racer’s identification number).

Edhance is the largest student-discount service in the USA, with millions of registered members.  Its system requirements are extremely stringent in the areas of security, performance and correctness.  Its developers are pioneers of Grails and were looking for a development partner that could keep up with their stringent development standards.

On their initial conference call with O&B's developers, Edhance's developers were pleasantly surprised that O&B's developers already had a deep and thorough knowledge of Grails, including its pitfalls and best practices.  O&B developers now co-develop some of Edhance's core components in close collaboration with Edhance's development team.

Edhance is based in Cambridge, MA next to the Massachusetts Institute of Technology campus.

TrackMyApplicant is a joint venture between Orange & Bronze and Hong Kong based Synerbyte.  The system is an applicant-tracking and recruitment-management system targeted for companies with high-volume recruitment needs.  

Synerbyte had been trying to develop the system for three years prior to working with Orange & Bronze.  They had tried working with seasoned development teams using a variety of technologies such as Java EE and Ruby on Rails but were not successful.  Finally they worked with O&B and O&B chose to use Grails.  Orange & Bronze finished the system from beginning to deployment in less than a year.
